Table Hosts provide a decorated buffet table of 2 - 3 (savory and sweet) appetizer sized ‘tastes’ for the event. The food provided supports the Library’s fundraising effort and adds an element of surprise with your yummy creations, decorations, and costumes. This is a great face-to-face opportunity to showcase your business or organization to library supporters and the larger Warren County community.

The night will include an interactive game in keeping with the theme to bring each guest to your table - this year the game is based on Jumanji! There will be a large Silent Auction brimming with treasures, opportunities for pictures and selfies, and lots of prizes and surprises.

This year our theme is Animal Kingdom. Step into the wild world where literature and nature intertwine, and let your imagination roam free. Select a theme for your table that captures the essence of your chosen book or movie.

Each table will provide dishes inspired by their chosen story. Serve a menu of creative bites and let your table become an unforgettable stop in the Animal Kingdom. Go wild with your table decorations! The Library will provide one table, a book/movie stand, and a game piece designed to draw in the crowd.

In return for hosting a table, your group will receive two free admissions and chances to win awards for Best Dressed Hosts, Best Decorated Table and Tastiest Table, as well as publicity for your group in the event program and on this website.
